Water Source Safety: A certificate confirming that no drinking water sources exist within a 7.5-metre radius of the septic tank is yet to be produced.
Floor Plan Demarcation: The specific area measurements and categorization of individual rooms inside the building have not been properly recorded.
Eco-Friendly Systems: Mandatory renewable energy installations, such as solar power units and solar water heaters, are yet to be put in place.
